Biography
Ian is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Foresight Enterprise VCT. He has considerable experience in the private equity asset management industry, principally as a Partner and Chief Operating Officer of SL Capital Partners, the private equity and infrastructure arm of Standard Life Investments.
He also has extensive board and governance experience across a variety of fund structures and jurisdictions, including Luxembourg and a Dublin domiciled regulated ICAV.
Ian is Deputy Chair of Scotland Yard Adventure Centre (the Yard), a charity based in Edinburgh, and also chairs the Audit Committee.
He has an Honours degree in Civil Engineering, from the University of Edinburgh is also a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
